for educators

Post Pigeon EDU’s Postcards program inspires students to get curious about their world by connecting them to National Park Rangers across the country.

How it Works:

1. Choose a National Park or other public lands site

Use our website to choose from one of our partnering National Parks that your class would like to learn more about. Once you decide on one, we'll send you learning materials and guides to help introduce the site to your class.

2. Learn & Gather Questions

Use our curriculum guides to help introduce what National Parks are, the National Park of your choice, and tips for collecting classroom questions for a Ranger.

3. Submit Your Questions

We'll send you a short form via email. From there, you will fill out our brief application with basic information about your classroom + the class questions you've collected for a National Park Ranger to answer.

4. Receive a Video Postcard!

We manage the correspondence with the Rangers, and in about 1-2 weeks, a National Park Ranger will respond to your classroom questions via a personalized video postcard message delivered right to your inbox.
